Terms and Conditions – Deep Clean Giveaway

1. Introduction

By entering the Holiday Deep Clean Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Giveaway is being conducted by CB Cleaning Solutions (“Organizer,” “we,” or “our”). These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of CB Cleaning Solutions and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins on 12/05/2024 and ends on 12/24/2024 at 5:00 pm CST.
• Entries received after 12/24/2024 at 5:00 pm CST will not be eligible for the giveaway.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the giveaway landing page, including their name, phone number, zip code, and email address.
• Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries submitted using automated methods will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will receive a FREE Deep Clean service, as described on the landing page.
• The winner will be notified via email within [1] days of the end date of the giveaway. If the winner does not respond within [2] days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

6. Prize Details

• Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a FREE Deep Clean service.
• The free deep clean is available only within Wisconsin.
• Discount Prizes: All other participants will receive a discount code for 5% to 50% off their next deep clean. The discount code will be sent to the email provided at the time of entry, after the winner is selected. 

7. Prize Restrictions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
• The prize cannot be redeemed for services outside of the described scope.
• The winner must be available to schedule the cleaning service within 1 month from notification.

8. Data Privacy

• By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by CB Cleaning Solutions for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting you about the prize.
• Your information will not be sold to third parties. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Publicity

• By entering the Giveaway, you agree that CB Cleaning Solutions may use your name and image for promotional purposes, including on social media and the website, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. General Terms

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, if necessary due to technical failures or other issues beyond our control.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical failures, such as website errors or entry issues, that may prevent an entry from being submitted.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability

• By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release CB Cleaning Solutions from any liability or claims related to the Giveaway or the use of the prize.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to the acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wisconsin.
